I’m not here to turn you into a pretzel, I’m here to help you feel good in your body. My yoga classes are about moving with intention, finding balance, and creating a little space to breathe in the middle of real life. Beginners and all levels welcome.
About My Yoga Journey
I’ve been practicing yoga for over 15 years, starting out in evening classes where I quickly fell in love with the balance, strength, and calm it brought into my life. What began as a way to move and de-stress has grown into a passion that has shaped how I care for my body and mind.
Today, I’m continuing that journey by studying to become a certified yoga instructor. My goal is to create a welcoming space where others can discover the same joy and benefits that yoga has given me, whether that’s more strength, better flexibility, or simply a moment to breathe in a busy day.
