Roasted Sweet Potato’s - Recipe

One of my go-to recipes that's simple, delicious, and packed with nutrients! Here's how I make my roasted sweet potatoes:

Ingredients:

3-4 sweet potatoes

Olive oil

Cinnamon

Ground pepper

Steps:

Peel and then dice the sweet potatoes into bite-sized cubes.

Lay them flat on a sheet pan (don't overcrowd them for that perfect crisp!).

Drizzle olive oil generously all over.

Sprinkle cinnamon to add a touch of warmth and sweetness.

Add ground pepper for a subtle kick.

Roast at 425°F for 25 minutes until golden and tender.

The result? Crispy edges, soft centers, and a flavor combo that's out of this world! Perfect as a side dish, snack, or even on its own.
